If you haven't already, it's time to register for Bonner General Health Foundation's Find Your Strength 5k and 1k. This 5k and superhero-themed 1k will start and end at Sandpoint City Beach and run down the beautiful Sand Creek Trail. The run concludes with some family fun at the after-party on the lawn of Trinity at City Beach. Funds raised will go toward an Exoskeleton, a state-of-the-art rehab technology.
