Fall has arrived here in North Idaho in all its splendor and glory, making the transition from summer to fall welcomed and appreciated. With the kids back in school and the carefree days of summer concluded, we find ourselves back into the swing of routine and schedules. Now is a wonderful time to put some focus on yourself, both in health and beauty.

The Bonner General Health Foundation's Find Your Strength Fun Run returns for the second year, a community event to help raise funds for the purchase of an Exoskeleton—with Bonner General Health to become the first hospital in the state to offer this therapy. If you haven't noticed, our local Travers Park has been undergoing some glorious updates for the community's enjoyment. Read about all the improvements underway. And Pend Oreille Arts Council kicks off its 2023-2024 Performing Arts Series in September, with plenty of events to help keep you entertained through the fall months.
