LOFT THIRTY ONE started over a decade ago as a passion project among friends and family. In the spring of 2020, they officially opened their doors to the community — deciding to take the once passion project to a whole new level.
As local ranchers, Wes and Jodie Chapman love to infuse their lifestyle into their versatile design work. “We do everything from cows to couches,” states Wes. He continues, “Jodie’s ability to bring our clients’ visions into reality has blossomed into this incredible design firm.”
From her earliest memories, interior design has been a lifelong passion for Jodie, co-owner. As a young girl, she found joy in transforming her bedroom into a haven of creativity. Whether it was rearranging furniture or adding artistic touches with crafts, she was always seeking ways to infuse personality and style into her space. Today, she has turned her childhood passion for design into a thriving company designing over 300,000 square feet and working with clients from all over the country.
LOFT THIRTY ONE is a one-stop destination for all your design needs and is located in beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho. As a full-service design firm, Jodie and her co-founder and husband, Wes, can handle everything from the ground up. Whether it's a new build, renovation, remodel or teardown, they flourish on challenges and bring creativity to every project, commercial or residential. As stated, LOFT THIRTY ONE is a full-service firm complete with their own furniture company and store.
They bring over 200 vendors from across the globe as well as custom-built items to each and every client. “We believe that furniture is more than just functional; it's the cherry on top of great architectural design. It can transform a room, giving it a fresh, updated feel in an instant,” Jodie notes.

LOFT THIRTY ONE will be hosting its grand opening this summer (date to be announced) and promises to be an event to remember, complete with a ribbon cutting ceremony, raffles, food trucks and even a petting zoo.
