Real Estate Market Climate in North Idaho

Slowly but surely, winter is loosening its icy grip and our market is warming up. More sellers are listing their homes and land for sale, while buyers are watching intently for properties that satisfy their needs. Although our residential market is not trading at lightning speed (compared to last year’s late winter season), well-priced homes are still in high demand—and some are seeing multiple offers. Timing is everything—get ahead of possible rising interest rates. Stay tuned. If this spring is consistent with past market trends, we should see an influx of available dwellings and land as temperatures rise.

* In the past 30 days, cash buyers accounted for 34 percent of residential sales.

Our market is constantly changing. What is important to me remains the same: God, family and relationships. Contact me, your local expert, for help with your real estate needs.
